To become a BP GROUP FZE Customer Vendor, companies or developers must go through a registration and approval process. They must agree to BP GROUP FZE’s Partner Agreement and code of conduct and provide business and tax documentation. Vendors receive access to usage and revenue data, while BP GROUP FZE can monitor suspicious behavior or abnormal patterns. Vendors must comply with BP GROUP FZE’s security requirements, especially if they handle user data.

New apps submitted to the Customers go through technical and policy review. BP GROUP FZE can remove or suspend apps that violate terms, mislead users, or create security risks.

Apps with elevated access may be subject to Cloud Fortified or Security Self-Assessment programs. BP GROUP FZE relies on user feedback and reports to flag misuse, abuse, or policy violations.

Legal and compliance monitoring:
BP GROUP FZE is subject to laws and regulations regarding export controls, sanctions compliance, and misuse prevention — especially regarding use in restricted countries or for illicit purposes.
